You don’t need a new program.
You need small daily resets.
> Practice some stretching even before getting out of bed
> Take a moment to focus on intentional breathing at lunch time
> Listened to eight minutes of designed audio before sleep

Been there.
A few years ago, I hit burnout.
My sleep collapsed. My focus disappeared. My body stopped responding the way it used to. Slap a good dose of unacknowledged perimenopause, and I was far from any version of myself that I could recognise, let alone those I loved, lived with, or worked with could understand.
My doctor offered antidepressants, but not practical nervous-system tools. Work thought I was losing the plot. My partner was at the edge of his limits.
I realised it had to be me.
I had to choose to go 'there'.
I had to find the way and get better.

That's when I got conscious about it.
I was already eating the 'good stuff', exercising for hours, doing the combo of weights, yoga, and walking.
I shifted, began to 'watch' all the things. I made dramatic shifts in the stressors of my life, i.e. overworking, multitasking, giving more than receiving, energetically, and the endless 'to-do list'.
Now, years later, I transitioned into a life where my peace matters more than recognition of my work ethic. Attending to all the needs of others, including the dog, comes second to my own. I'm no less generous, considerate, or patient, but my priorities now include ME!
That’s what became Nao Wellbeing.
Recalibration - with small daily regulation practices.
Breath. Movement. Reflection.
When your nervous system settles,
Your thinking clears,
Your energy stabilises,
and life becomes easier to navigate.
