Vibration and frequency are universal properties that exist across all states of matter. Our bodies and energy field, in particular, are sensitive to this; this supports them for our healthful benefit.

Helping you activate your energy field and cellular memory with Sacred Geometry, directly connecting on a cellular level through conscious intention. By meditating with this mathematical and sacred symbol, we reach into our sovereign divinity, that part of ourselves that holds the true power of our intention to manifest and direct our path. It may seem too simple, but this profound and simple act can open up aspects of your inner consciousness and support your connection with your higher self and deep subconscious, where the true and sustainable transformations take place.
Crystal Activation:
Guiding you to activate and entrain to the frequency of Jasper, supporting your energy field with crystals. By their innate repeating structure, crystals produce a reliable, coherent resonance, a frequency that is subtle and profound. Many don't grasp the exceptional power of Earth's many states of matter, in particular, these precious support tools that benefit our holistic system in ways still perceived as somewhat magical. Focus on your healing, your grounding, and allow the crystal to do what its nature has no other choice but to do - resonate for you to entrain to. Allow your biofield to listen to its most subtle state of being and breathe it in to your Root Chakra, the energy centre at the base of the spine. Allow it to flow up your spine through your nervous system and simultaneously down through your energetic body, connecting with Earth and Ground Yourself.
Vocal Toning:
Your body's ability to utilise vibration from your vocal chords is an ancient tradition with proven effects on well-being and your biofield. Through vocal toning, deep, rumbling low tones that climb up from your belly and reverberate right through your abdomen, out through your arms and legs and into your biofield. This is a little bit fun to do, a little bit weird at first, but you gotta do it. Feel it. Close your eyes, alone in your room, out in the garden, or with the kids. Start with breathing normally, then move to intentional breathing that is deep with your diaphragm. Then, strengthen that breathing by incorporating gentle pauses at the end of both your inhale and your exhale. This is true pranic breathing, activated breathing that energises your own frequency and raises your vibration. Now, couple that with the sounds that call deep from the root chakra, the base of the spine, and pull up from the Earth and push gently, flowing through your nervous system, your spine, up to your head, and You Will FEEL it.
