Internal Dialogue can Make or Break a new endeavour. When you know you want something, try for it, and maybe only half succeeded, what kept you from achieving the complete success you envisioned? I suspect, maybe, you had low self-efficacy.
Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in their capacity to execute behaviours necessary to produce specific performance attainments (Bandura, 1977, 1986, 1997).
With plenty of research and a healthy dose of experience and inspiration, Nao Wellbeing has put together an intensive seven-week programme covering 14 hours in which you, the coachee, dive into your 'Self', what you want, why, where your hurdles are, and how you will navigate these challenges.

By reflecting on these, you create an understanding of genuine trust in yourself that will work even in the face of difficulties. Establishing strategies within, from the heart, with self-compassion provides you with an awareness, soft and strong, to support yourself along the way to your ideal life.
FOR WHOM: Women and Men who want to change their lives sustainably but struggle with the basics and need a step-by-step process to build a strong foundation and let go of old habits.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Understanding personal beliefs around health, body identity, and self-care prioritisation. Identify habits that are inhibiting personal success. Implement the first steps in creating a new habit. Shifting self-belief - having what it takes to attain your healthiest lifestyle.
HOW: Weekly coaching will introduce self-efficacy, self-care, self-checks, and self-motivation. It will use breath work, meditations, observations, and monitoring internal dialogue, including exercises throughout, to delve into your reasoning or make practical applications. It will also recognise old habits and belief patterns and facilitate self-support for resistance behaviours. Body identity and body identity shift will help you identify your relationship with your body. You will learn about Body Needs, what causes dysfunction in the system, and expected negative health impacts. You will also address stressors and how you can sustain resilience with them.
You come to the session willing to do the work, ready to confront some subconscious traits and prepared to write down your daily thoughts. Be Kind to Yourself, Be Respectful of Yourself, and Be Happy.
This isn't a test; it's a shift that takes time. Sustainable shifts in habits often take up to 180 days. You can do this!
