I have received a copy of Nao Wellbeing's Coaching Agreement, and I know the expectations for this coaching relationship as contained therein. I am aware of the cancellation policy, notification periods, and the refund sliding scale. I understand the service, the confidentiality, the privacy, and the coaching ethics.
