Intro to HoloBody Workshop

What you'll need to bring along with your beautiful personality & happy disposition:

  • Yoga Mat (spares available)

  • Cushion if you like

  • Water

  • Towel

  • Wear loose-fitting clothing (no yoga tights or bra tops)

  • Wear thongs/sandals

  • Forward three song titles, including band name, to be incorporated where possible into the music list.

When you arrive at the Riverdell Spiritual Centre, you'll be immediately captivated by the serene, natural environment.

 

This is why Nao Wellbeing has selected such a lovely location for this beautiful workshop.

We’ll begin by getting to know one another. Then, grab your rose quartz from your Nao Wellbeing work pack, and we'll be off.

 

Taking your rose quartz outside to soak up some sun while we walk, we'll engage in body movement, and discuss your overall health goals.

After a gentle warm-up for our bodies, we’ll transition to a soft warm-up for our minds and energies.


Time for a quick refreshment break, then look at the core drivers that influence our biological energy needs.

We'll engage in meditation, breathwork, and intentional body movement.  

 

Then explore how systemic chronic inflammation & stressors need strategies like the 7 Lifestyle Needs to integrate into our daily lives. Including techniques for resilience.

03.

To conclude such a full-on day, a light, healthy, no-cook lunch letting all that integrate over a chat, raising reflective questions on how this may be put into action. After all, that's HoloBody Coaching.
